slogan? Maybe
- Today words and phrases like customer service, commitment, goals, etc. etc.
are in many cases almost meaningless. How many times do we call a customer
service department to only be left on hold forever and when we finally get to
speak to a representative our problem or reason for calling isn't even remotely
addressed? Unfortunately far too often.
We are a
different kind of dental office and this is one of our steadfast policies not
just a slogan. We start this total commitment with our support team. Each
member
of our team, no matter in which position, is totally committed to "real"
customer service. In fact customer service and the manner in which we want this
to be executed is part of everyone's written job description. We practice what
we preach.
Our entire
staff are professionals committed to making your total experience with our
office gratifying and hassle-free. Our patient coordinator will assist you with
all required paperwork and personally explain our partnership program and
office
policies. There are no surprises.
Following
diagnosis our treatment and financial coordinator will explain your treatment
plan. We will also inform you of all costs and before elected treatment begins
a
mutual agreement on both treatment and financial responsibility is put in
place.
When necessary we offer a few financing packages that are the best in the
field.
Quality dentistry is affordable and low interest; low monthly payments make it
possible.
In the
operatory our assistants are not only coordinating with our dentists but are
there to make your total experience as comfortable as possible. Patient
education is very important in our partnership program. You'll receive both
verbal and visual explanations of your procedure and other procedures that you
may wish to consider. "An educated patient is a happy patient".
Dr. Inna Shturman, DDS
Dr. Inna Shturman and her family moved from Europe to San Francisco in 1989.
Dr.Inna elected to start her formal American dental education at
Foothill College in Los Altos, California, where she received her dental
hygientist degree.
Dr. Inna continued her American dental education at The University of the
Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. After graduating she received her
American DDS degree. Dr.Inna is a licensed California Dental Hygienist and a
licensed California Dentist. She is currently a member of both
The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and
The Academy of Laser Dentistry.
Dr. Inna continues her commitment to overall dental excellence by her
participation in the on going nationally
recognized PAC-LIVE Program. This prestigious program instructs dentists in the
latest techniques utilized in the "art" of
quality cosmetic dentistry.
Dr. Inna's experiences in Dental Hygiene and Family Dentistry combined with a
proven artistic
approach to individualized cosmetic restoration insures her patients total
quality dental care.
